CGEA Scholarship Program
The current CGEA Scholarship Program has been suspended. The CGEA Board of Directors has approved the formation of a committee to redirect the use of the scholarship fund to promote geotechnical engineering to civil engineering students within California schools. John Hoobs (Geocon, Inc.) will chair the committee and is currently seeking members from member firms who are interested in volunteering some of their time to develop this new program. Please e-mail John at hoobs@geoconinc.com to let him know of your interest and ideas.
