All information gathered on this site will only be used to support you as our customer and to inform you of changes in company policies and product availability. Such support includes assistance in completing a transaction, verifying the arrival of a shipment, and providing you with information on new products and services.

CGEA will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Credit card numbers are only used for payment processing. They are not retained for other purposes. Refund/Cancellation Policy

Publications (documents) may not be returned. All sales are final.

Products that are damaged in shipping will be replaced upon receipt of damaged item by CGEA. If the item cannot be replaced (due to lack of availability), a refund will be issued.

Event cancellation policies vary according to the event. Each posted event will state the final deadline for cancellation and the refund policies associated with that event. Events canceled after the deadline will not be refunded.
